Stuffed lazy in Cossack

500 gr. forcemeat gov-swine. (it is possible any)
500 gr. white cabbage
1 big bulb
Semolina of 2 tablespoons
Egg of 2 pieces.
Greens, salt, pepper.
For the sauce: 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, hot sauce, 1 teaspoon flour, spices, carrots, bell peppers.

Way of preparation:
 
      Cut the cabbage finely, a little salt. Adding favsh and all the remaining ingredients, mix well. Make round balls the size of a hen's egg, a little flattened, then add the flour and fry in sunflower oil. Roasted stuffed folded into a pan, add the carrots, chopped red bell peppers.

        Prepare the sauce in the amount of liquid in order to cover all the cabbage rolls. Dilute the tomato paste with water, add 1 teaspoon of flour, salt, sugar, pepper to taste, add a little hot sauce. Sauce should have 1-1.5 liters, all the cabbage rolls were covered in them and sailed.

        Boil for some 15 minutes on low heat after boiling and let it brew for an hour. It is possible to cook stuffed cabbage mashed potatoes, rice, pasta.
